Visual Pipeline

The Visual Pipeline provides a way for us to view, in a single look, the state of our business. The pipeline is represented by the four bases with Suspects (we have an appointment) along the first base line, Prospects (they need it, have a compelling reason to buy and we have S.O.B. Quality) at second base. Our Qualified Opportunities are lined up on the way to third base and our Closeable Opportunities are lined up on the way home.

Team Collaboration

Implementation of the supportive classroom curriculum guide is a team effort. At a minimum, instructional support teams should have a core consisting of the classroom teacher and a special educator. If assigned regularly to the classroom, a paraeducator may also be a member of the core team. The instructional support team should also have extended team members who meet with the team when needed.

Commision Tracking

Commission Tracker was specifically designed for insurance agencies that sell group and individual insurance products. CT is focused on managing the commissions paid to your Agency by the Carrier, as well as, the commissions owed to your Producers. But it also does so much more giving you detailed reports from every angle of your business. Many small-to-midsize agencies begin by trying to track these commissions with Excel spreadsheets but soon find they are overwhelmed and unable to easily produce the reports they need.

User Access Role

Role-based access control (RBAC) is a policy-neutral access-control mechanism defined around roles and privileges. The components of RBAC such as role-permissions, user-role and role-role relationships make it simple to perform user assignments. A study by NIST has demonstrated that RBAC addresses many needs of commercial and government organizations.

You can plan every aspect of your project and visualize it on a timeline.

01. Identify Your Team Individuals’ Strengths

In a collaborative environment, it becomes really important to be realistic about each one’s vulnerabilities. On your mission to start collaboration, start with building teams around individuals who do complement one another.

02. Establish Realistic Expectations

With clear realistic expectations in the team, they will be more able to focus on the tasks and take part in decision-making. All together the team gets an opportunity to share their ideas and get support for the same.

03. Reward Innovation

To create a culture of innovation, organization need to make innovation a human capital issue. You can prioritise innovation by linking it to the company’s reward system. Innovation is the key to maintaining the competitive edge in the growing industries. Therefore, encouraging teams to challenge the status quo simply means maintaining the right standards.

04. Encourage Open-Mindedness

Give each of them a chance to be open minded about their ideas and behavior. Approach every situation uniquely with different perspective. With individuals sharing their experiences together, it creates a sense of security in the team. They give a respectful approach to work, thus positively impacting overall performance.

05. Spread the Delegation of Tasks

You cannot do everything alone and of course you cannot have the same people showing up all the time. When you start delegating the tasks, individuals feel powerful as they will feel their actions will leave an impact on the organization. They’ll be more motivated to be there in the team and do their efforts. They feel valued, overwhelmed and feel they have an important role to play.
